Picking up the right dress for Oscars and to the after party is the most difficult decision for any star. Few of them don’t have to go through the agony as their outfit is already decided by the brand they endorse while others look up to their designer friends. Most of the fashion houses dress just one actress, who is generally a nominee so that the impact can be maximized. Valentino, Tom Ford, Prada, Gucci, were amongst few of them this time.Others chose their sparkly bases.

 So lets have a look at which diva sided which designer at the Oscars red Carpet.

Priyanka Chopra

Yes I’m obviously biased towards her as she was the only Btwon actor to present an award at the Oscars this season. The Quantico actress chose a Zuhair Murad white gown and added a lot of diamond accessories to it. Her chunky earrings would have definitely made a lot of women envy her even more. She looked amazingly beautiful as she walked the red carpet.

Chrissy Teigen

Chrissy sported a red sheer laced gown designed by Marchesa. She carried a matching clutch from Swarovski and heels from Jimmy Choo. The diamond rings and studs by Lorraine Schwartz complemented her look.

The nominee for “Best actress in a supporting role”, Rachel McAdams was spotted in a sexy backless halterneck jade green dress by August Getty Atelier and Stuart Weitzman shoes. She took a clutch by Salvatore Ferragamo to go with the dress and wore a lot of rings, bracelets and diamond earrings. I just loved the color of the dress.

The “Scandal” actress looked gorgeous in a monochrome leather gown with a slit at the thigh. Atelier Versace designed the gown. The clutch she carried was also by Atelier Versace, and her jewelry was by Harry Winston. Since black and white is my favorite combo, this is the best dress at Oscars this year for me at least.

The “Sicario” actor flaunted her baby bump in a peach dress by Prada which had a lot of embellishments on it. She paired it with a silver Judith Leiber clutch and Sophia Webster shoes. Her stunning Niwaka jewels diamond earrings sparkled everyone’s eyes.

Jennifer looked angel like in a black Dior Haute Couture laced gown and a tiered skirt. She kept her jewelry minimal to just a ring and a sleek neck thing by Chopard.

The “Nine Lives” actress looked breathtakingly beautiful in a one shoulder gown by Atelier Versace. It has sparkling beading on the bodycon and ruffled detailing on the skirt. She paired the dress with 200 carat Neil lane diamonds and platinum and heels from Rene Caovilla.

The “Last Face” actress made a lot of heads turn as she walked the red carpet in a crimson Dior Haute Couture gown. She wore a diamond and platinum neckpiece, rings and a pair of earrings by Harry Winston to go with the dress.

The “Loving Vincent” actor made the jaws drop in a stunning green gown by Calvin Klien which featured the swirled beaded pattern and a low back. She chose a mismatched pair of Chopard earrings purposely.

The Titanic starlet who was also a nominee for “Best actress in a supporting role”,  looked astounding in a black Ralph Lauren silk dress. She also wore a pair of statement diamond earrings, a bracelet and ring by Indian born diamond jeweler Nirav Modi.

So this was a glimpse of the divas who sizzled the red carpet at the Oscars this year.
